5-Day Refund Window

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@welleryx.com with:

• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• The email address used at checkout

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

After 5 Days

Refund requests made after the 5-day window will not be eligible, as our products are non-physical and delivered immediately upon purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we suspect abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund requests from the same customer).

Wrong or Missing Item

If you didn't receive your download, or received the wrong file, this isn't a refund situation — email us at contact@welleryx.com and we'll fix it right away at no cost to you.
